Jamie Christina Conyers earthly life began on October 24, 1984 in Temple Hills, Maryland. Her earthly life ended on July 11, 2023.
Jamie was the daughter of Ms. Elauh Ann Conyers and the late Finest Dennis.
Jamie received her early education at Clinton Christian School. After graduating from high school, Jamie continued her education at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA and Strayer University, Suitland, MD where she received her Bachelor and Master Degrees in Management. She was pursuing her doctorate at Liberty University.
Jamie was employed by Department of Labor, where she worked as a Management and Program Analyst.
Jamie had a love for music in which she started playing the piano at an early age. She enjoyed cheering for her favorite football team, The Commanders, formerly known as the Washington Redskins. Her favorite movies were Little Mermaid and Power Ranger.
Jamie enjoyed spending time on family vacations to include: Solomons Island, Southern MD; Massanutten Ski Resort, Harrisonburg, VA; Myrtle Beach, SC; New Bern, NC; Gordonville, VA and Philadelphia, PA.
Jamie will be remembered for all the love she shared with family and friends. She cared so deeply for the people around her. She was kind and passionate. She made an impact on many lives. She had a natural affection for children. She will be forever missed.
Jamie’s presence on earth will be sadly missed by her mother, Ms. Elauh Ann Conyers; aunts and uncles, Bessie Conyers, Patricia Kingston (Robert), Robert Conyers (Linda), family of the late Finest Dennis; grand aunt, Nanny Ryales (Charles); special cousins, Bobby Conyers (Anna) and Elizabeth Kingston; and a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral Services for Jamie C. Conyers will be held on Tuesday, July 25 at 12 Noon in the sanctuary of the Galilee Baptist Church, 20461 Kings Highway, Montross, Virginia.
Interment will follow in the Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery
Remains may be viewed from 4PM until 6PM on Monday, July 24 in the chapel of the WELDON-FISHER FUNERAL HOME and from 11AM until service time on Tuesday at Galilee Baptist Church.
