Mary Virginia Dobyns Carter entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

A service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, September 27 at 11AM in the sanctuary of the Zion Church at Lottsburg. 
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

 The viewing will be on Friday, September 26 from 4PM until 6PM in the chapel of the WELDON-FISHER FUNERAL HOME and from 10AM until service time on Saturday, September 27 at Zion Church at Lottsburg.

Services will be live streamed by Zion Church at Lottsburg, Virginia.
