Robert Carroll “Billy” Reed, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Mary Washington Hospital. 
 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21 at 12 Noon in the sanctuary of the Siloam Baptist Church, Montross, Virginia.

The interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The viewing will be on Thursday, November 20 from 4PM until 6PM in the chapel of the WELDON-FISHER FUNERAL HOME and from 11AM until service time on Friday, November 21 at Siloam Baptist Church.
