Tiffany D’Andrea Bailey, 36, transitioned from time to eternity on Friday, August 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving mom, Debra, her work mom, Leola, and friends at Hospice of the Chesapeake. A resident of Waldorf, MD, she was born June 18, 1988, to the late Timothy Leon Bailey and Debra Coble Bailey.
In May 2011, Tiffany graduated from Morgan State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. While attending Morgan State, she was initiated into the Alpha Delta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in Fall 2009. She later earned a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in December 2017.
Tiffany has 13 years of Government Service. Most recently, she was employed with Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) where she served as a Program Manager. Over the years, she has gained career experience at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and United States Postal Service where she performed and exceled in her position and duties. While progressing in her career, she built life-long friendships and connections that she cherished.
Thirty-six years may appear to be a relatively short period of time, but for Tiffany, it was a life well-lived. She embraced every opportunity and made the most of her time living life to the fullest.
Tiffany held a deep appreciation for the quality time spent with her family and friends. Tiffany loved her mom, and sister Tyler for their special and cherished gift of love and support. She cherished her family and friends’ unconditional love and support throughout her courageous cancer journey. She possessed a strong affinity for, traveling, engaging in retail therapy, savoring delectable cuisines, and providing meticulous care for her fur pup, “Winslow.” Tiffany exuded a radiant and vivacious demeanor, garnering recognition for her unwavering positivity.
She leaves to cherish her mother, Debra Coble Bailey; her sister, Tyler Bailey (Rock Hill, SC); and her fur baby, Winslow St. Patrick Bailey (Waldorf, MD); and her grandparents, Louis and Annie Coble (Mebane, NC). She will also be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her father, Timothy Leon Bailey and her grandmother Evangeline White Bailey.
Celebration of Life for Tiffany Bailey will be held on Friday, September 6 at 1PM in the sanctuary of the South Potomac Church, 4915 Robert S. Crain Highway, Rt. 301, White Plains, Maryland.
